Roofers were observed installing shingles and working at height. Roofers were exposed to a fall distance of greater than 12 feet eave to ground without use of fall protection.      On or about 5/22/2018 at the residential construction site located at 11220 Liberty Drive in Liberty, Missouri a citation was previously issued for a violation on 1926.501(b)(11) for not wearing fall protection at an elevated height. A recent inspection at the residential construction site located at 117 Carson in Lees Summit, Missouri of the same employer was in violation of 1926.501(b)(13). Although different standards were cited the fall hazard is the same.
