29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) 6040 Grelot Rd Mobile, Alabama (Roof Area: Units 205 - 210): On or about November 16, 2018, and at times prior, the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities to the edge of the roof without training them in the recognition and avoidance of fall hazards; exposing them to fall hazards up to approximately seventeen (17) feet to the concrete sidewalk and ground below.
