29 CFR 1910.109(c)(1)(i): All Class A, Class B, and Class C explosives, and special industrial explosives, and any newly developed and unclassified explosives, were not kept in magazines which met the requirements of this paragraph: (a) Technical Department - Class B (1.3C) explosives including, but not limited to, Pyrodex P granular black powder substitute propellant was stored inside a yellow flammable storage cabinet that did not have 3-inch lettering stating "Explosives - Keep Fire Away" and was not lined with three-eighths-inch plywood or equivalent; observed on or about 11/14/2018.
