29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) On or about November 14, 2018, Alliance Construction Services, LLC, as a controlling contractor, did not ensure Canada Construction, LLC protected their employees from recognizable construction hazards including, but not limited to fall hazards, in that their accident prevention program did not include frequent site inspections to prevent persistent and reoccurring hazards.
