The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated:     On November 19, 2018, an employee working from an aerial lift was not protected from a fall, exposing the employee to a fall of approximately 20 feet.     Nawkaw Midwest, Inc.  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 984333, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 11, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 3432 Oakton St. Skokie, IL 60076.
