29 CFR 1910.132(f)(3)(iii): Retraining of employees was not conducted where inadequacies in the affected employee's knowledge or use of assigned PPE was evident: a) On or about 11/16/2018, in the maintenance shop; where employees were exposed to amputation hazards while "deburring" parts on a Clausing CNC lathe by running a loop of sandpaper against the parts, while holding the sandpaper with gloved hands.
