29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1): The employer did not certify to OSHA, within 10 calendar days after the abatement date, that the cited violation had been abated:  The employer did not certify to OSHA that the cited violation has been abated for the jobsite located at 8215 79 Horizon Lane, Camdenton, Missouri, 65020. The employer was required to submit certification by May 10, 2019.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards.  This was most recently documented on November 16, 2018 at the residential construction site located at 79 Horizon Lane in Camdenton, Missouri.  Roofers were observed installing shingles and working at height.  Employees engaged in residential roofing activities from a 4:12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 34 feet from the eave of the residence to the ground below without the use of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards.  This was most recently documented on November 16, 2018 at the residential construction site located at 79 Horizon Lane in Camdenton, Missouri.  Employees engaged in residential roofing activities from a 4:12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 34 feet from the eave of the residence to the ground below.  Employees had not been provided training to recognize, evaluate, and control fall hazards.
