29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): The employer did not provide at least one advance warning sign for a shoulder closure: a) The shoulder of Route 512 North, near Bierys Bridge Road, Worksite - on or about November 14, 2018, employees were performing asphalt repair work, where traffic was nominally moving at 40 miles per hour, without advance warning sign(s) being posted along the roadway approaching the construction activities.
