OSH ACT of 1970 Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to chemical hazards.      a) On or about 11/20/18, at the farm: Access to the eye wash station was blocked by excess equipment.        b) On or about 11/20/18, at the farm: The eye wash station was not inspected weekly.       c) On or about 11/20/18, at the farm: The eye wash station was not maintained in sanitary conditions.   Among other feasible and acceptable means of abatement:   To abate these hazards comply with the American National Standards Institute American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Standard Z358.1- 2014 Emergency Eyewash and Shower Equipment, as follows:      a) Ensure the path of travel is free of obstructions that may inhibit its immediate use to comply with ANSI Z358.1  2014, Section 5.4.2, Installation.       b) Ensure the eye wash station is visually checked weekly to determine if flushing fluid needs to be changed or supplemented. Such inspection shall be conducted in accordance with manufacturers instructions, to comply with ANSI Z358.1  2014, Section 5.5.4, Maintenance and Training.       c) Ensure the eye wash station is cleaned and bacteriostatic additive is added per manufacturers instructions to prevent bacteria growth
