29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): Grounding path. The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures shall be permanent and continuous. Location - 758 Marrett Road, Lexington, MA. section "D" upper West corner. On or about November 29, 2018, employees were exposed to electrical shock and burns while using and electrical cord that was missing the ground pin.
