OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):     The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to an employee in that employees were exposed to the hazard of being crushed by or struck by moving elevators.    a)  455 Elizabeth Avenue, In the Lobby at Elevator #3, Newark, NJ.    On or about 11/23/2018, an elevator mechanic, while troubleshooting an elevator in response to a repair call, was crushed by the elevator car.
