29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: a) S & S Machine: On or about November 26, 2018 and at times prior, employees were exposed to the unexpected release of energy while performing maintenance on equipment, such as, but not limited to the Leigh 32x200 Lathe in North Bay, the Cincinnati Horizontal Mill in North Bay, American Radial Drill in North Bay, Leigh 38x120 Lathe in North Bay, HAAS TL3 in North Bay, and the Leigh 20x80 Lathe.
