29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: a) At 7815 Portman St., Lot R2 Hampstead, Montgomery, Alabama: On or about November 26, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees the sheath and wrap the walls of a house from a pump jack scaffold without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 24 feet to the ground below.
