29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) At 3424 South Court St, St. James Baptist Church, Montgomery, Alabama: On or about November 26, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard up to 35 feet to the ground below. THE ONESIMO ADAME DBA ONESIMO ADAME WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(11) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1299751, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MAY 14, 2018, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 3800 VAUGHN RD., VAUGHN PARK CHURCH OF CHRIST, MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA AND IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1285113, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON APRIL 23, 2018, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 5557 HOLLISTER DR., TAYLOR LAKES, MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA .
