29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met (Construction Reference: 1926.59): On or about November 21, 2018, at the workplace located at 2501 SW 14th Avenue, Miramar, Florida 33027, the employer did not develop, implement and/or maintain in the work location a written hazard communication program for employees performing roofing asphalt and adhesive application, and who were required to work with hazardous chemicals, such as, but not limited to, Asphalt, EverGuard TPO Bonding Adhesive, a roofing material, being used to replace the roof of the facility including, but not limited to, EverGuard TPO contains Toluene, Acetone Naptha, Phenolic Resin, Ethylbenzene (is classified as a 2B carcinogen-possibly carcinogenic to humans), Chlorlobenzene, Everguard TPO has a NFPA Health rating of 2 and a HMIS Hazard rating of 2.
