On or about December 12, 2018, Electrical Closet: In the following instances, the work space in front of electrical panels was used for storage: 1. The area in front of the GE A-Series II 480Y/277 Volt Panelboard identified "Tenant Space 1" was used for the storage of material in cardboard boxes that prevented the panel door from opening. 2. The area in front of 208/120 Volt Panel LV1 was used for the storage of a wet/dry vacuum and a step ladder.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical: A. On or about December 12, 2018, Back Room: Secondary spray containers of Windex and Sterifab used for cleaning were not provided with general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals they contained.
