29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas shall be posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazard: a) Jobsite located in the roadway approximately at 1215 West Porter Street Philadelphia PA: The employer did not ensure adequate signage was placed to alert oncoming traffic on West Porter Street of upcoming construction; thus exposing employees to struck by hazards. This condition was observed on or about 27 NOV 2018.
