29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Skyline Glass Inc at 2680 18th St, Denver, CO 80211: On and about November 27, 2018, the exposing employer did not ensure that an employee was protected from injury, in that an employee unloading aluminum U-channels from an aerial lift on a flat roof on a three story residential apartment construction project was not utilizing a fall protection system when working near the edge of the roof. This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 35 feet from the roof to the ground.
