29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by rotating parts on the conveyor on Dryer Line #2, the in feed conveyor for Line #2 and the rotating parts on the bin dumper.    a) On or about 11/29/18 on the Line #2; employees were exposed to pinch point hazards when they bent over and walked below the unguarded underside of the conveyor on the Dryer Line to access the work area.      b) On or about 11/29/18 on the Line #2; employees were exposed to pinch point hazards when they walked past the south end of the unguarded rotating drive shaft on the motorized in feed rollers.    c) On or about 11/29/18 on the Line #2; employees were exposed to pinch point hazards when the gap between the guarding and the bin dumper frame was wide enough ( 21 inches ) to allow access to the area of the chain drive for the bin dumper.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICAITON REQUIRED
