29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii):  1.   On or about November 28, 2018, at the northeast corner of the building, around stairway 2, on the 5th level of the scaffold, the platform had a 4-inch gap between the outermost plank and the upright post for the guardrail.  2.   On or about November 28, 2018, at the south side of stairway 2, on the 5th level of the scaffold, angle planking was missing from the platform where the scaffold wrapped the stairway structure from the east face to the south face of the stairway.
