29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket: a) Berkowatts Electric - 701 Route 73 South, Marlton NJ: Two company employees was exposed to fall hazards when working from the mid rail of a scissor lift with an elevated man lift basket while wearing a full body harness with no lanyard attached. Condition observed on or about 11/28/2018.
