29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: On or about September 26, 2018, an employee was hospitalized after falling to the ground while loading a flatbed trailer. The employer failed to report the hospitalization within 24 hours as the report was received on November 27, 2018. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c)
