Subcontractor employees were exposed to danger from , but not limited to, electric shock as an untrained operator of the rough terrain forklift was operating within 10 feet of the overhead primary power lines carrying 7,200 Volts to ground. 29 CFR 1926.25(a):     During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs,  debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures:      a) 9-19 Greenwood Avenue, Madison, NJ.      Under the scaffolding on the West side of the building under construction, workers were exposed to slip, trip and fall hazards as debris of brick, concrete and lumber was not kept clear from the work area.                                            Violation observed on or about 11/08/2018.
