29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals was labeled with a product identifier and with general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals: 1) On November 29, 2018, and at prior times, a secondary container of a sanitizer containing peracetic acid, a corrosive, and hydrogen peroxide, an oxidizer, was not labeled with a product identifier and the hazards of the chemical.
