29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): (v) A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, shall be worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On November 28, 2018, at 1280 Hamilton Lebanon Road E, Monroe, a Shell Station, an employee was exposed to a 15 ft. fall hazard while installing a light bulb in an exterior parking lot light pole in a vehicle mounted Dura-Lift aerial lift without utilizing any fall protection.
