29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system: a) 3661 Dauphin Street Mobile, Alabama (Sanctuary: Asphalt Shingle Roof Areas): On or about November 28, 2018, and at times prior, the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities without fall protection; exposing his employees to fall hazards up to approximately fifty (50) feet to the concrete sidewalk and ground below.
