29 CFR 1926.304(i)(1): Each circular hand-fed rip saw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw blade above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut:    Jobsite:  Employees were using a Delta ten (10) inch Contractor's Saw to rip lumber without a blade guard exposing them to amputation hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     (a)  Second level - Back of House:  Employees were engaged in siding and other construction activities without the use of fall protection exposing them to falls of approximately eleven (11) feet to the ground below.      (b)  Second level - Elevator Shaft:  Employees working near the elevator shaft were not protected by fall protection exposing them to falls of approximately twelve (12) feet to the ground below.
