29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements of subpart I of this part were not worn or attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. (a) The Orchards Shopping Plaza, 6000 South Holly Street, Greenwood Village, CO: On or about November 28th, 2018, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards due to lack of a personal fall arrest or travel restraint system while working in the basket of a Genie telescoping boom lift. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
