29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about November 28, 2018, employees were framing the roof decking of the church under construction approximately 10 feet high without fall protection, exposing employees to a fall hazard. The White, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1040208, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 31, 2015 , with respect to a workplace located at Military Dr. & Rousseau St. San Antonio, TX 78251.
