29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 1300 Sunnyslope Ct., Lot 1 Summerlin, Auburn, Alabama:  On or about November 27, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform roof decking activities from a high slope roof without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 10.8 feet to the ground below.  b)  At 1300 Sunnyslope Ct., Lot 1 Summerlin, Auburn, Alabama:  On or about November 27, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities from the trusses without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 25 feet to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  a)  At 1300 Sunnyslope Ct., Lot 1 Summerlin, Auburn, Alabama:  On or about November 27, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform roof decking activities and framing activities from the trusses without first ensuring his employees were trained on the hazards associated with falls to include but not limited to setting up and inspecting fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 25 feet to the ground below.
