The exit access went through a room that could be locked, to reach an exit or exit discharge.     At worksite located at 7612 NW Prairie View Rd, Kansas City, Missouri. Employees were exposed to hazard from an emergency exit which was blocked by material placed in front of the exit doors and in the exit path.

Employees were exposed to an electrical receptacle located in the food preparation area of the restaurant that was located in a damp area and did not have a weatherproof cover provided.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):     The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:    Employees in the Restaurant were exposed to serious health hazards, in that the employer had not developed a Hazard Communications Program for the various types of chemicals in use in the workplace. Including but not limited to Henry's 430 Commercial Tile VCR, and Member's Mark Commercial Pink Lotion Dish Detergent.
