The exit access went through a room that could be locked, to reach an exit or exit discharge. At worksite located at 7612 NW Prairie View Rd, Kansas City, Missouri. Employees were exposed to hazard from an emergency exit which was blocked by material placed in front of the exit doors and in the exit path.
