29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 3147 Eagle Trail, Lot 76 National Village, Opelika, Alabama: On or about November 28, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to work from the top of ceiling joists without fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of 11.7 feet to the ground below. THE JUAN CARLOS SUAREZ LUNA DBA JUAN CARLOS SUAREZ LUNA WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1053327, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON SEPTEMBER 25, 2015, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 2206 QUAIL RIDGE, LOT 7 NATIONAL VILLAGE, OPELIKA, ALABAMA AND IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1314403, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JULY 3, 2018, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 3657 EAGLE TRAIL, LOT 18 NATIONAL VILLAGE, OPELIKA, ALABAMA .
