29 CFR 1926.1412(e)(3)(i): The following information must be documented and maintained by the employer that conducts the inspection: (a) J. J. Crane Services LLC, at 14374 Weld County Road 10, Fort Lupton, CO: On and preceding 11/27/18, the employer did not document and maintain monthly inspection information. A Manitex 22 ton model 2210LS hydraulic boom crane was operated by the employer during construction activities. The employer did not document monthly crane inspections. This condition exposed the crane operator to crane topple, suspended load and drop, and struck-by hazards.
