OSH Act of 1970 Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a fall hazard: (a): Exterior Roof, South-side - Employees were observed using a RGC Platform Hoist as a ladder to access the roof of a residential house, on or about December 03, 2018. There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a): Exterior Roof- Three employees engaged in residential construction 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by any method of fall protection. The employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 19 feet while working on the roof, on or about December 03, 2018. There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
