29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a. 1670 US Route 22 W, Watchung, NJ (Cinemax 10XD) The employer did not ensure that employees elevated in an aerial lift basket were attached to the basked using a fall harness and lanyard. Employees engaged in plaster work were elevated in a JLG 601S aerial lift without the use of fall protection. Violation observed on or about December 3, 2018 AA Construction 1 Corporation (dba AA Construction One Corporation) was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1270231, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on February 5, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 104 Interchange Plaza, Monroe Twp., NJ.
