29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about 12/4/2018 at 5638 Maple Bluff Way, Lot 152, Hoschton, GA where the employer failed to ensure fall protection was used at all times where a worker that was observed exposed to fall hazards of up to 21.6-feet to the lower level while performing roof shingle installation activities from the 6/12 pitched roof. The worker was observed climbing the roof to the peak and then putting his harness on.
