29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation of machines whose operation exposes an employee to injury, shall be guarded. The guarding device shall be in conformity with any appropriate standards therefor, or, in the absence of applicable specific standards, shall be so designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of his body in the danger zone during the operating cycle:    Shear and Brake department, Cincinnati 175 ton hydraulic press brake (serial no. 47351) - on or about November 26, 2018, press brake operators were assigned to hand-feed, align, and support parts for close-proximity single and multiple bends in the unguarded point-of-operation. Operators had their finger(s) and hand(s) exposed to the pinch point hazards during the operating cycle because safeguards were not provided.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
