29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section: a. On or about November 30, 2018, on a 6:12 pitch roof, several employees performing roofing work were not protected from falling 10 feet by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system or a personal fall arrest system. Tier 1 Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1305196, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on April 27, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 10174 Windward Way N, Jacksonville, FL 32256.
