29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i) as required by 1960.8(b): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: On or about December 6, 2018, the employer did not ensure annual inspections were conducted by an authorized person of the energy control procedures to ensure that they were properly implemented during servicing and/or maintenance on equipment. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Pendills Creek was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(I), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1052978, citation number1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on October 29, 2015 with respect to a workplace located at 21990 W. Trout Lane, Brimley, Michigan 49717.
