The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Pendills Creek was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(I), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1052978, citation number1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on October 29, 2015 with respect to a workplace located at 21990 W. Trout Lane, Brimley, Michigan 49717.
