29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs,  debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures:    On Top Contracting, Inc., 63 Chestnut St., Spencer, Massachusetts; On or about December 6, 2018 roofing debris including nails and shingles was scattered around the front yard outside of tarps exposing employees to puncture wounds and tripping hazards.
