29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. On or about November 29, 2018, at the Antigua Apartment complex, on building #2, three employees receiving and spreading trusses on the top plate of the fourth-floor walls were exposed to an 8 feet fall hazard to the deck of the fourth-floor. b. On or about November 29, 2018, at the Antigua Apartment complex, on building #2, three employees receiving and spreading trusses on the top plate of the fourth-floor walls were exposed to a 37 feet fall hazard from the top plate of the outer walls to the ground.
