On or about December 6, 2018, the employer did not notify each employee exposed at or above 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels of the results of the monitoring of employees working in the Sawyer area, roller press,  floor press, and catcher areas were overexposed to noise at an 8 hour time weighted average of 95.8 dBA, 93.3 dBA, 95.8 dBA, 91.0, 95.8 dBA, 92.1 95.8 dBA , and 91.7, 95.8 dBA which exceeded the action limit of 85 dBA and the OSHA permissible exposure limit of 90 dBA. of 85 dBA and the OSHA permissible exposure limit of 90 dBA.
