29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about December 6, 2019, two employees were working on the commercial bussines wall, they were operating an air lift and were not wearing any type of fall protection equipment. This condition exposed employee to falls exceeding 10 feet.
