29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by in-going nip points. Employee(s) were exposed to in-going nip point hazards. An employee was cleaning the threaded spindle of the Perpendicularity Machine when his left ring finger got caught between the pulley and the drive belt of the machine. The machine's pulley and drive belt were not guarded.
