The saws were connected to a GFCI cord, which was routed to another extension cord that is routed to a nearby outlet device. The extension cord was missing a ground pin. On or about 12/07/18.

The saws were connected to a GFCI cord, which was connected to copper wires from an extension cord wrapped in electrical tape. The wires did not run as a cord or cable, and were exposed to physical damage. On or about 12/07/18.
