FMC Technologies Measurement Solutions, Inc. - On or about 12/6/18, and at times prior thereto, employees were utilizing lockout procedures for the service of equipment including, but not limited to, Oven 8204.  The service on these pieces of equipment included, but were not limited to, repairs and routine preventative maintenance.  The lockout procedures utilized were missing information including, but not limited to, identification of all energy sources;  the methods used to block mechanical energy sources,  and specific steps for testing equipment to verify and determine the effectiveness of lockout devices, tagout devices and other energy control measures.
