29 CFR 1910.213(g)(1): Sliding cutoff saw(s) were not provided with an automatically adjusting hood that completely enclosed the upper half of the saw, the arbor end, and the point of operation at all positions of the saw: On or about December 6, 2018, at 4451 St. Lucie Blvd, Fort Pierce, FL, 34946, an employee cut his finger while operating an Alpine speed cut express saw without a guard, Model No:650 with serial no: 650A2003, thus exposing the worker to an amputation hazard.
