Park Road, Union, Missouri, specifically inside of the Maintenance Shop, the side rails belonging to the fixed, wooden ladder were flush with the landing.  This violation was noted on 12/11/18.

29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that was 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by one or more of the following:  Guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  At 715 W. Park Road, Union, Missouri, specifically inside of the Maintenance Shop, the three, open sided edges belonging to an elevated, storage loft were not equipped with a standard guardrail system or the equivalent.  The fall distance to the concrete floor below was approximately nine feet.  This violation was noted on 12/11/18.

This violation was noted on 12/11/18.
