29 CFR 1910.136(a): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses protective footwear when working in areas where there is a danger of foot injuries due to falling or rolling objects, or objects piercing the sole, or when the use of protective footwear will protect the affected employee from an electrical hazard, such as a static-discharge or electric-shock hazard, that remains after the employer takes other necessary protective measures:    (a) On or about December 4, 2018, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that employees exposed to foot hazards, including falling, rolling or piercing objects, were protected where they did not provide and require the use of protective footwear. 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:    (a)  On or about December 4, 2018, and times prior, the employer had not developed and/or implemented a written hazard communication program to address the hazardous chemicals, such as R/O Free Rinse Additive, Silver Power, Solid Power XL, Lemon-EZE, Lime-A-Way and Solitaire, used in the workplace and the hazards associated with those chemicals.     A written hazard communication program shall include the following elements, as applicable:    1. An inventory of all hazardous chemicals used in the workplace;  2. Labeling;  3. Maintaining of Safety Data Sheets for all hazardous chemicals, ensuring accessibility for employees;  4. Training;  5. Periodic review to address changes in the workplace.
