29 CFR 1926.501(c)(3): The employer did not barricade the area to which objects could fall, did not prohibit employees from entering the barricaded area, and did not keep objects that could fall far enough away from the edge of a higher level so that the objects would not go over the edge if they were accidentally displaced: On or about December 3, 2018, at 1698 Alton Road, Miami Beach, Florida, where a Citibank will be located, on the ground floor, East side, the company installing air conditioners 14 feet above head of passing employees did not place any barricades, exposing the employees to a struck-by hazard.
